Step 1 (Checklist)
Martyn's Law Checklist will send you an email with a step by step tick sheet to ensure you have carried out all the necessary checks to become compliant. This needs to be ticked in ink or using an electronic signature software and returned to us by email.
Step 2 (Employee Training)
Consider training employees about Martyn's law and make sure they know what do in a threat situation like a bomb scare or building threat.
Step 3 (Security Building Tour)
Your specialist who is competent in Martyn's Law can carry out a tour of the business premise and highlight using our checklist if any security upgrades need to be carried out. For example, you may need extra CCTV cameras or a new fire alarm installing. If you prefer we can help you by joining a video call and you can virtual tour us around the building to offer our suggestions using the checklist.
Step 4 (Certification)
Once you have completed the checklist and carried out any security upgrades should you have any we can send you your company certificate to say you are compliant in Martyn's Law (Protection of Premises) Act 2025
